Holiday Inn provided premium shower products and daily room service, including bed-making and towel replacement. the indoor jacuzzi and pool were enjoyable, while the breakfast offered a decent variety. the balcony was serene and the parking convenient. Close proximity to various dining options and stores added to the convenience. Comfortable pillows and a reasonable snack area made the stay pleasant. Would definitely choose Holiday Inn again.

It was a very very good experience. The staff was fabulously helpful and top-class all the time. The location was convenient and easy near the tunnel. And we were right by various restaurants and Asheville👌🙂

This recently renovated place to stay is clean, centrally located near restaurants, the Orange Peel, and downtown.

Location - great very close to the Orange Peel, and steak house. Incredible staff and the room new-fashioned with 2 tables, a king size bed, 2 bedrooms.

Greatly enjoyed the stunningly beautiful place set in a central area right by downtown and the Parkway. the hotel's location, just 2 km from Pack Square Park, worked perfectly for me. - the exceptional service at this hotel made my stay enjoyable.

we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express. the location was perfect, close to the venue and walking distance to restaurants. the key entry system added a feeling of security. the clean and welcoming environment, friendly staff, and excellent lighting made our experience delightful. the bar area and breakfast were also highlights, even if not included in the price.

The units were newly decorated and well-organized with a view. the property's location is comfortable, just next door to stores and restaurants, very convenient. - Several restaurants and a mall are within close proximity to the hotel.

Perfect location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Just a short 1.3-mile walk through the tunnel to downtown Asheville, restaurants, a mall, and the Greyhound bus station.

The employees are outstandingly helpful and very amiable. the hotel is set just off downtown, highways, Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and several different restaurants. the hotel is located 2 miles away from Basilica of Saint Lawrence.

The breakfast was plentiful and good, the hotel was newly decorated and immaculately clean. All the staff were wonderfully helpful, very friendly. The room was updated and brand-new, complete with a king size bed as well as free breakfast. Had a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge at our disposal.

The contemporary rooms are equipped with 2 tables, 2 bedrooms, USB ports, and the staff is incredibly nice and pleasant. There are convenient amenities such as a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. the hotel provides excellent services and a variety of breakfast options.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville Downtown was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities like complimentary breakfast and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided relaxation, and being close to landmarks like Biltmore and Asheville Pinball Museum allowed for memorable family outings. A great choice for a pleasant and convenient stay in Asheville.
